Grand Canyon Railway Hotel

For many, the Grand Canyon Railway has become synonymous with the Grand Canyon as its engines have played an important role at the Canyon for more than a hundred years. Perhaps it is this sentiment, coupled with the cozy atmosphere that makes this hotel so special. Built in 1995, the hotel’s design was inspired by the original train depot and sits just across the lawn from the today’s historic (and still operating) depot.  If you are going to take the Grand Canyon Railway into the park, why not stay at its hotel?

Though 60 miles away from the Canyon, it’s tough to beat catching a train taking you to the canyon practically right outside your door! With the train depot just next door, the hotel is located just two blocks north of downtown and Route 66.  In addition to the cozy ambiance and authentic, western flare, this hotel delivers all the basic conveniences you and your family seeks with just a bit more. Triple-sheeting is included in all of the room packages, meaning you won’t be sleeping on a bedspread that hasn’t been washed in a few weeks.
