Holiday Inn Express - Grand Canyon Village South

The Holiday Inn Express at Grand Canyon Village South offers a stay near the Grand Canyon with all the comforts of home. Cable television and movie channels, local phone calls, in room coffee, hair dryers and air conditioning are all standard issue here. Rooms are comfortable and basic but have all the standard features including a desk. There are Kids Suites available for those traveling with children and breakfast is included in the price of you room.

What's Good and What Could be Improved.
Clean and basic seem to be buzz words for this hotel. The biggest advantage is its proximity to the Grand Canyon while providing a modern place to stay. There could be more to do after a day spent outside but given the numbers who head to bed early after a long day’s hike, I don’t imagine that’ll be top on the list of things to improve. Otherwise, a serviceable, nice place to stay.

Who is it Good for?
Families do well here as Kids Suites offer rooms with bunk beds and a TV just for them. But groups of any size would do well here.

Amenities: After learning what’s not available other places, the basics may sound luxurious. Amenities include a pool, wireless internet and business services such as faxing available. Hair dryers and coffee in your room is standard issue along with temperature control, cable TV and local phone calls. Breakfast is included, not always the case elsewhere.
