Grand Canyon National Park Below the Rim Hotels

There are few options if you want to lodge below the Rim of the Grand Canyon. Phantom Ranch is the best known. Other options include camping and some lodging on Havasu land. All of it is accesible by foot, mule or raft though there are some options to have you luggage sent down by mule.

It may be sparse but being able to stay in dorm style accomodations at the bottom of the Canyon seems like luxury after a long hike or mule ride. Don’t expect too much privacy.
